Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
Our affiliates include companies with a GMO or GMO Internet Group name, such as:
- GMO Internet Group, Inc., GMO Internet, Inc., GMO Payment Gateway, Inc., GMO Financial Holdings, Inc.
Non-affiliates
Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
GMO-Z.com Trust Company does not share with non-affiliates so they can market to you.
Joint marketing
A formal agreement between non-affiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.
We do not jointly market.
Your State-Specific Privacy Rights
Certain state laws provide additional privacy protections:
- New York: Under NYBL 501(b) and 23 NYCRR 500, financial institutions must implement enhanced data security protections and notify customers of any security incidents.
- California: If you are a California resident, you have the right to request details about the personal information we collect, share, and sell (we do not sell personal information).
- Vermont: We do not share your information with affiliates or non-affiliates for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
