We have updated our Stablecoin User Terms and Conditions, effective April 17, 2026. The principal changes include new provisions on timely redemption (Sections 4.6.10–4.6.11), updated FDIC pass-through insurance disclosures and identification of reserve custody institutions (Section 7.11), expanded risk disclaimers (Section 10.3), and other conforming amendments.
We have also updated our contact address in the Account Agreement and Privacy Policy.
