Please login to your dashboard and go to the Funding Methods page, to access the funding methods registration form. From here, you can choose to register a USD and/or JPY denominated bank account as your funding method, along with an Etana Linked Account. Please be advised that registering a USD bank account only allows you to carry out ZUSD transactions, and registering a JPY bank account only allows you to carry out GYEN transactions.
When you have chosen your preferred funding method, please fill in the form to provide your bank account details, along with a bank statement clearly displaying your full name, address and the bank account number. Please note that we can only accept bank accounts held in the name of the GMO Trust account holder to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Once you have submitted your details, our team will review your registration and you will receive an email once this process is complete. Please be advised that this review process will take 2 business days, due to coordination that is required with our bank to facilitate the smooth processing of any wire transfers you subsequently make.
After registering your bank account, please ensure you always use this account to send fiat for purchase requests for smooth processing.
