After submitting your purchase request, you will be able to view our bank account details on your dashboard, and in an email we send to you after your purchase request has been verified. Please ensure you send your fiat for the purchase request to the beneficiary account details displayed.
Please also be advised that JPY wires are processed by an intermediary bank and you must include these details when sending your wire transfer. Omission of these details may result in your wire being rejected and returned. You are able to view the intermediary bank details in the information we provide to you, as well as how you should enter all fields in your wire transfer request. You may need to contact your bank for further instructions regarding the inclusion of all necessary information (we have provided the SWIFT field numbers in the wire instructions sent to you by email for reference purposes if you need to contact your bank).
