Access to your account and information is protected by multiple layers. For example, each user is immediately required to configure two-factor authentication (2FA) such as GoogleAuthenticator during account creation and is required periodically to provide the authenticator's time-sensitive numeric code. Moreover, instead of a password defined by a user, we utilize the “One-Time-Password” (OTP) authentication method by generating a temporary password sent to your email address which you must retrieve from your email and submit when you wish to log in to your account.
