If you have multiple pending redemption or swap requests, the system processes them based on the order we receive your tokens, not the order in which you submitted the requests or the blockchain you selected. Our system will look at the next eligible request in the queue and apply the first token that arrives, regardless of which request you intended it for. For example, if you have two pending redemption requests for GYEN — the first on Stellar and second on Ethereum — and you send your Ethereum GYEN first, this will be applied to the first redemption request and mark it as complete. Please be reminded this also applies to swap requests.
To avoid confusion or processing discrepancies, please ensure you send the correct token on the correct chain for each request in the order you intend, when submitting multiple requests at the same time. It is your responsibility to ensure the tokens you send match the details of your request. If there is a mismatch between what you submitted and what you sent, the system will apply tokens received to the earliest eligible request.
If you're ever unsure, please first check your dashboard for the status and order of any pending requests. If you need further clarification please feel to contact us.
